I love the reusable bag movement, but always forget to take them. I must own 20, but the only ones that get used are my ChicoBags. The reason: they're compact and clip on to my bags. In fact, I'd go as far as to say the design is ingenious.
Just check out the product description:
"The ChicoBag™ should be part of everyone's bag collection. It's easy to store - it stuffs in and out of it's own sack & easy to remember because it has a carabiner that you can attach to your jeans or bag. Made of a strong, washable nylon this bag expands and holds as much as 20 pounds. Made in China with fair wage and fair labor."
I use the bag for groceries, carting around student journals, and dragging packages to the post office. These things are seriously sturdy!

I think the easiest way to go green is by doing things the "old school" way. We use reusable things when possible- like cloth napkins, dish cloths instead of sponges, cloth diapers instead of disposables. And we recycle. We also use homemade cleaners or natural products for the home. Last week, we even made a sidewalk chalk tote out of a used Ecos detergent bottle by cutting a hole on the top and leaving the handle. Thanks for entering me in your giveaway!
I love the chicos because they fit into my purse. I always have 1 or 2 with me, which makes it nice for when you forget that shopping bag! I bought a bunch recently to convert family members :)
We are Going Green in small ways:
- using cloth diapers & wipes
- using cloth shopping bags
- changing cleaning products
- reusing anything possible!
- recycling :)
Now following the blog :)
This is a very cool bag! I haven't seen it before, but it would be an excellent addition to my family's "green movement". We have been finding small ways to go green with the birth of our son (now 5 months!), including homemade laundry soap in recycled milk jugs, air drying clothes, cloth diapering and, of course, recycling at every opportunity!
Looks like a great bag! We're going green by using recycled bags at the grocery store as well as at the mall. We're also recycling just about everything we possibly can. Our recycle bin is twice the size as our trash can. We're also shopping at consignment sales more often. Thanks for the giveaway!
Now a follower! :)
The three Rs are always good. Reduce, reuse, recycle. We try not to make so much trash by sporting stuff, and honestly we're getting more stuff in the recycle bin than the trash. I also try to reuse things around the house (keep spice jars to refill with other things, use scraps of fabric to make banners, decorations, etc). We also shop a lot at the thrift store, so we reuse and spend about 1/4 (or less) what things normally cost.

We reuse our grocery bags as bathroom trash bags, to carry lunch in, or as diaper disposal bags. I just recently bought some of the curly light bulbs, and we always make sure to turn the light off when leaving a room. Thanks!
We reuse grocery bags. We try to save water as much as possible by watering our lawn every other day instead of every day and not leaving the water on when it's not needed. We try to walk rather than drive as much as possible. Thanks for the chance to win!

I love the new reusable bags!! We have always recycled or reused the plastic ones, but this is better. I am just transitioning over to being "green." We started recycling and using different cleaning products.
I've heard a lot about these bags - thanks for the chance to win one! We are going green by being more frugal in everything. We recycle what we can in our limited recycles town we try and focus on simply buying less. If I can repurpose something instead thats what we do. We will also have a garden next summer.
Thanks again!

We're starting to use more environmentally safe cleaning products. It's green and it's better for my health to not be exposed to all those chemicals.

As a family, we go on lots of hikes. This would be a great bag to keep with us!

Reusing water bottles -- in AZ we drink tons of water, so now we just refill and pop them back in fridge.
We are going green this year by:
#1- Turning off DVD/DVR/Computer when not in use
Oh my...I love this!
Our family is going green in LOTS of easy ways...we use eco-friendly, non-toxic household goods & cleaners, we always bring our own reuseable bags when we shop, we use reusable waterbottles instead of buying prepackaged water bottles...the goes on!

Our family is going green by using reusable bags at the store instead of plastic, using stainless steel water bottles instead of plastic, using less toxic natural beauty products, using natural house cleaners. I love learning about green things!
What a great topic. A few things we have done:
*Reusable water containers.
*Reusable bags (although I forget them an awful lot!)
*decreased our use of plastic baggies - I wrote the date I opened a box of 250 and they were gone in less than a month! We now use plastic containers and I am proud to say the box we opened 2 months ago is only 1/2 empty!

Hi, I love this Unique bags and also we are using eco friendly products like cloth bags for groceries , shooping, and we are really exciting sharing wonderful natural products in Our blog.
Thank You for your Giveaway!
We are using reusable shopping bags and recycling everything we can.
Super bag! We don't have a whole lot of recycling options here, but I always dump phone books into one of those big blue bins, and I reuse all our plastic grocery bags (as trash bags, poop-scoopers for the dog, dirty diaper holders when we're out and about...)
